COURSE OVERVIEW
This ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor Course is designed to give attendees an understanding of ISO 50001 and the knowledge and confidence to carry out internal energy management system audits within their own organisation.
Participants will learn the EnMS documentation and how to audit each element, conduct an audit, write audit reports and approve corrective actions. ISO 50001:2018 clauses have been clarified and updated to be in harmony with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
The Course takes you through the steps required to conduct an energy management internal audit based on ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 19011:2002. Through discussion and hands-on exercises, you will learn the fundamental structure of the standard and how to plan, conduct and report findings on an internal audit. Attendees will gain practical auditing knowledge to use within their organisation to review the effectiveness of their implemented energy management system. This course will also discuss integrating ISO 50001 audits with other management systems, such as ISO 14001.
