Optimise your auditing skills with the internationally recognised IATF 16949:2016 and boost your internal auditing capabilities.
Gain confidence in planning and implementing effective audits, and for reporting and recommending corrective actions where required.
This 3 day training course is designed for new internal auditors who need a detailed understanding of IATF 16949:2016, and experienced internal auditors who require refresher training. This course is also suitable for those who would like to fully understand the differences between ISO/TS 16949:2009 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Attendees will complete a thorough review of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016. You will learn about the methods and tools needed to initiate an audit, plan, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports and conduct follow up activities.
Through group exercises and individual participation, attendees will apply and audit the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 through case study exercises that focus on industry recognised auditing techniques.

PREREQUISITES
Those attending this course are expected to have knowledge of the following:
- Basic knowledge of the Customer Specific Requirements and the Core Tools.
Self-Study:
A series of questions to be answered through self study by the student and returned prior to or at the start of the course. The self-study is designed to familiarise attendees with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards, and the guidelines for auditing management systems.
