Background
This 1 day training course provides the Senior Management team with the benefits of an Automotive QMS to the organisation, and an overview of IATF 16949:2016 and its key requirements. As a leader you will gain an understanding of the organisation’s obligations and your personal responsibilities within IATF 16949:2016. This will assist you to allocate resources and effectively oversee the implementation of the quality management system the standard and maintain compliance to IATF 16949:2016.
