COURSE OVERVIEW
Learn How to Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for the Aerospace Sector
This one day course explains how Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) can be used to evaluate the risks associated with product and process design. It provides an overview of the methodology used to develop and implement design and process FMEA and details the essential steps to identify and reduce product and process risks.
FMEA is an analytical method and widely used in the aerospace industry as a specific requirement to ensure potential problems have been considered, assessed for risk and actioned during the product and process design stages. It supports defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste.
This course covers the FMEA requirements for AS9145 – Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process.
*This course can be tailored to your requirements and delivered ‘in-house’ at your premises or in one of our well equipped training venues.
